General Policy
We offer refunds based on the following:
- Subscription Type:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Full refunds will be issued within 30 days of the initial purchase. After the initial 30 days, no refunds will be granted for the current billing period, but you will have access to the service until the end of that period.
- Annual Subscriptions: We offer prorated refunds based on the unused portion of the subscription term. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 10 days of the renewal date to be eligible for a prorated refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after the renewal date.
- Service Outage: In the event of an unexpected service outage exceeding 1 hour and impacting core functionalities, we will issue a prorated refund based on the duration of the outage.
Non-Refundable Services
- Refunds will not be offered for cancellations due to change of mind or features not meeting expectations. We highly recommend taking advantage of our free trial period to thoroughly evaluate the software before subscribing.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds for any violation of our Terms of Service.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive your cancellation request and verify it meets the criteria outlined above, we will process your refund within 30 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method used for the purchase, minus any applicable PayPal seller fees.
Please Note:
- In accordance with PayPal’s guidelines, any seller fees associated with the transaction will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If you used a bank account as your payment method and a refund cannot be returned directly to your bank, the funds will be credited to your PayPal balance.
